Frequently asked questions.

What services does DOT provide?

DOT covers surface transportation, full truckload movement, dedicated fleet solutions, linehaul and express logistics, and B2B and B2C movements. Alongside that we handle first-mile and mid-mile solutions, cross-docking, warehousing, capacity aggregation and end-to-end supply-chain movement — so a single partner can cover the whole journey rather than one leg of it.

What size is DOT's fleet, and what can it carry?

We run 850+ active vehicles. The fleet is built around 32 ft and 34 ft single-axle trucks with 7–9 MT carrying capacity, including 10.5 ft high-cube vehicles for better utilisation on high-volume loads. Each vehicle averages roughly 9,000 km a month, which is what makes dependable, high-frequency movement possible across India's road network.

Where does DOT operate?

DOT Truckers operates pan-India, with an owned fleet running long-haul routes across the country and a corporate office at Sector 29, Faridabad, Haryana. Our 8 facilities support fleet management, planning and maintenance, and we're developing 265,000 sq ft of warehousing to strengthen the wider network.

How does a shipment move through DOT?

Every movement follows one connected workflow: booking, planning, vehicle placement, tracking, delivery, billing and analytics. The requirement comes in and becomes a movement; route, vehicle and driver are planned and deployed; the trip is monitored in real time; goods are delivered with proof of completion; and the trip turns into accurate billing and operational insight.

Can I track my shipment in real time?

Yes. Movements are monitored through real-time tracking backed by a 24×7 control tower, digital locks, double-driver operations and centralised operations. Visibility runs through DOT OS, our operating system, which connects bookings, trips, fleet, tracking, billing and analytics in one environment — so the status you see reflects what's actually happening on the road.

Which industries does DOT work with?

We move freight for e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, electronics, consumer goods, automotive, industrial and e-waste and recycling supply chains. Businesses working with DOT include Flipkart, Amazon, DHL, Samsung, Godrej, Mahindra, Myntra, Meesho, Delhivery, Whirlpool and MRF Tyres, among others.
